Docs, wikis, and agents in a team workspace. Pricing page included a $0 plan.
Notion is a workspace for docs and wikis, with agent features in the product. The pricing crawl included $0 alongside $10 and $20. AI features may sit on paid plans — confirm which agent features are on Free. We did not create a workspace.
Best for
- Team docs that you also want to query
- Groups already writing in Notion
Not ideal for
- Local-only notes with no account
- A dedicated meeting bot — see Granola for that job
What we checked
Docs checked means we opened the official site and the pricing and docs URLs on this page. We did not run a successful local install, so this is not a smoke test.
